Many predictions about AI are wrong, including this one.

As we gaze into the crystal ball to forecast the future of Artificial Intelligence, we are reminded that many AI predictions have so far proven wrong. But why is that?
The problem with predictions is that they are all based on known factors. We can analyze trends, extrapolate data, and make educated guesses about what might happen next. But radical changes like AI will probably be driven by unknown factors.
So, when we try to predict the future of AI, we are attempting to forecast the interactions of countless unknown factors. However, multiplying an unknown factor by another unknown factor does not make it known 😉; it adds a new unknown factor to the already unknown number of unknown factors. As the number of unknown factors increases, so does my blood pressure 😊. And that AI will increase blood pressure, I guess, is a unique effect that no one has predicted yet.
The only thing we can predict about AI is that it will be unpredictable. And you know what? That prediction is probably wrong, too.
