1. Introduction

These Terms describe how Advaler AB (“Value Model, “we”, “us,” or “our”) governs use and purchases of our digital products and services (collectively, “Products”), downloaded or purchased on our website www.creating-wow-products.com

 

By downloading any file or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use and Sale & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If there is a conflict, this document controls for purchase, billing, delivery, refunds, cancellations, and liabilities.

2) Product Types

All of our material is provided as encrypted PDF files.

3) Orders and Acceptance

We may accept or reject any order. Order confirmation (email, receipt page, or confirmation) indicates acceptance. We may cancel an order and refund you if we cannot fulfill it due to reasons such as fraud, pricing errors, legal restrictions, or policy violations.

4) Delivery and Access

Digital delivery only. Sold Products are delivered by a download link valid for 30 days. Delivery is deemed complete when we make the Product available to you at the email you provided. Free Products can be downloaded from the website. You are responsible for compatible devices, internet, and meeting system requirements.

5) License and Use

a) Facilitator Products

Upon payment, we grant you, as a facilitator, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-revocable license to display the Product to one group (up to 15 participants), including printing of up to 15 handouts. You may not share the Products in digital format. Participants may obtain their personal digital copy from www.creating-wow-products.com under the site’s Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale. The following restrictions apply. No resale, sublicensing, sharing outside this group, public performance, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumvention of technical protections are allowed. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest. You receive a non-exclusive license, not ownership of the content.

b) Free Products

Upon downloading a file, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-revocable license to use the Product for personal use only. The following restrictions apply. No resale, no sublicensing, no sharing or distribution, no public performance, no scraping, no reverse engineering, and no circumvention of technical protections are allowed. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest. You receive a non-exclusive license, not ownership of the content.

6) Accounts and Security

Keep your account, the Product, and credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect that the Product has been stolen, copied, or accessed without your permission, including if someone has accessed it from your computer.

7) Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

Prices are shown including tax unless stated otherwise and may change at any time before the purchase is completed. We may collect VAT/GST/sales tax as required. You authorize us to determine tax based on your billing or IP location. All prices are in EUR.

8) Refunds, Returns

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or a download link is provided. All sales are final except where required by law or if the Product is defective. If a Product is faulty, we will repair/replace it or provide a credit or refund where needed.

9) Updates, Changes, and Availability

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions that are required for security or functionality.

10) Prohibited Uses

No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive use. Do not attempt to bypass technical measures, encryption, interfere with service operation, or use the Product to develop competing services.

11) Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide the Products using reasonable care and skill. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent allowed, except where prohibited.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits/revenue, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to a download or purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

13) Indemnification (B2B)

If you purchase for business use, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Products or violation of these Terms.

14) Age and Eligibility

You must be at least [13/16/18 as applicable] to purchase. If you are under the age of majority, you must have a parent/guardian complete the purchase or provide verifiable consent where required.

15) Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, non-payment, or legal risk. On termination, your license ends, and you must stop using the Product.

16) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The governing law is Swedish, and the Venue is Stockholm. No arbitration, any dispute will be settled in court following Swedish laws.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will apply to the next download or new purchases immediately. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
